When I first published this cozy mystery series, Melody was part of a cooking group titled the Chocolate Croissant Cooking Club.
Jiminy Crickets, that’s a mouthful.
When I was rebranding the books covers and design, I decided I wanted to go through them and update some of the content and…….give the group a new name that wasn’t so awkward.
Since the women meet on Friday Night, I thought I’d call it the Friday Friends Dinner Club. It’s original, I know, I know.
If you read this series when it was called the Chocolate Croissant Cooking Club, I’m happy to send you updated versions of these books.
Note: Christmas Crisis has changed quite a bit. I took out a few of the storylines so we focus mainly on Melody’s going on at the hospital, her love life (the aloof guy, Brandon) and of course, the mystery of where in the world Gwendolyn’s crazy-valuable collection of cookbooks went.
Did they really get stolen or is the kind, elderly woman imagining things?
Wedding Disaster and Stolen Gems are the follow-up books. Both of them went through another round of editing, but the story framed remained the same.
I’ll be releasing a brand new mystery in July of 2018, a beach murder mystery titled Gull Island Calamity. I’m super excited! Stay tuned for more….
